Heaps of friendly staff and comfy beds, but the bathroom door was a real hassle to open. Chur for the great rooftop pool!

The rooftop bar area was lovely and inviting.
Unfortunately, the air conditioning in our room was not working properly, leaving us to suffer through the heat at night. We also experienced issues with water—there was a period where we had no water access for half the day. the breakfast was monotonous, lacking variety throughout our stay, and navigating to the hotel was challenging as it did not show up correctly on maps, complicating our return at night.

The rooftop pool is a nice spot to unwind during the day, though it is a bit shallow. The Superior Apartment offers ample space for family time with a cozy sitting area.
Breakfast selection was consistently limited, featuring only pastries and fruit, which got old fast. The air conditioning was underwhelming, turning warm at night, forcing us to keep the door open for ventilation. The Wi-Fi was sluggish, making work a hassle, and I encountered low water pressure in the shower. I noticed issues with cleanliness, including an unpleasant odor in the bathroom and roaches on the last day. The lift could barely accommodate anyone. it's slow and cramped, which is frustrating when navigating between floors.

Nice vibes and great service!
Had a lovely stay here. The staff was super cool, really went outta their way to help us. We booked the spa and the massage was honestly one of the best I've had. Downside was the bathroom door, it was such a hassle to open. Breakfast was a treat, different options each morning, which was fun!

pleasant stay with great amenities
The staff went above and beyond for us, accommodating all our requests with a smile. Our apartment was comfortable and well-insulated from noise, allowing for a restful stay despite being near the lift. We enjoyed a lovely rooftop dining experience, particularly delighted by the varied breakfast options each morning with new items to try.
We did encounter some difficulty as the location was slightly tricky for taxis to locate.

The Superior Apartment was comfy, spacious, and clean. Beds were really nice, and I appreciated having a kitchen. it was a bit inconvenient having no cups to use. the location was tricky—taxis had a hard time finding the place. Definitely good values for the price, though!

Family with children find it decent!
Had a really good working microwave and fridge freezer in the room! The rooftop bar/swimming pool area was lovely and the fresh flat breads with omelettes was a highlight!
It wasn’t exactly cheap but considering the service, I guess it was still okay.
