Enjoyed Marrakesh, the hotel was great and lovely in the nearby desert. The room was spacious and there were central heating, a personal safe, and multi-channel television.

The rooms here were very spacious and had comfortable beds, and the location in a nice area was great.

This amazing hotel is located in a convenient location close to the Gueliz center. It is also near the famous Oasiria waterpark, perfect for a fun day out with the family. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with amenities such as a fridge and a mini kitchen. The staff members are friendly and always ready to assist. Additionally, the rooftop bar offers delicious food and music, creating a vibrant atmosphere. this hotel provides excellent service and is a great choice for both business and leisure travelers.

The staff, including Abderrahim Errami and the reception ladies, were friendly, helpful, and spoke multiple languages. The hotel had a nice rooftop restaurant/cafe with a pool and a cozy atmosphere. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had all the necessary facilities. The location was convenient, with many attractions within walking distance.

Our Easter stay was amazing, the staff was incredibly friendly, helpful and accommodating. We were pleasantly surprised by the complementary drinks and snacks in our room, which made us feel very welcomed. The location of the hotel was fantastic, close to many restaurants and shops. The spa was definitely a highlight of our stay, the treatments were excellent and the staff was very attentive. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were spacious and clean.

Although the hotel was great, there were a few things we didn't like. The air conditioning was only in the lounge, which meant the bedrooms were quite warm.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Marrakech. The staff were incredibly helpful, with the reception staff available 24/7. The hotel is an appart hotel, with well-laid-out rooms equipped with a kitchenette and utensils. It was perfect for us, even with our 18-month-old child. We were able to easily find fresh milk and other essentials at nearby grocery shops, which were competitively priced. The highlight of breakfast for us was the freshly made crepes by a talented lady. The hotel's convenient location, with Pizza Hut across the street and good restaurants a short walk away, made dining easy. The main train station was also within walking distance, providing access to transportation to the city and beyond, including international fast food chains. The hotel even offered us a late check-out without charging us, which was a great convenience before our evening flight. The staff, especially Mohsen and the three friendly reception ladies, were multilingual and always went above and beyond to assist us. The housekeepers also did a great job of keeping the hotel clean. The rooftop restaurant/cafe was a cozy spot with a pool, although unheated, which we found to be the norm in Marrakech.

The room was tidy and spacious, with comfortable beds and a well-equipped kitchen. The staff were helpful and took care of our baggage. The breakfast spread was fresh, although it could have had more variety. it was a pleasant stay with good WiFi coverage.

I did experience some issues with the bathroom door handle being broken.

I stayed at this apartment hotel for 8 nights with my family and I couldn't fault anything about it. The location is great, with a Pizza Hut restaurant opposite and the famous Oasiria waterpark nearby. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff provide excellent service, especially Abderrahim Errami, who was exceptional and took care of all our needs. The breakfast buffet offers a good choice of options. The facilities, such as the AC, swimming pool, and spa, are fantastic. a great place to stay with convenient amenities and friendly staff.

Some of the bathroom walls were broken and looked old.
